2018 Lantern Parade lights up Patterson Park

The Creative Alliance in Highlandtown hosted its 19th Annual Lantern Parade in Patterson Park Sunday evening, as bright colors, costumes, and step and drum corps celebrated Halloween with a favorite East Baltimore tradition. 

Dreary weather Saturday prompted the organization to reschedule to the next night, but revelers lined the path extending out from the park's Pulaski Monument to participate in the fun.
