A Wisconsin man accused of a serious crime at a holiday weekend party is getting a lot of attention for his booking photo.

Anthony Zingale, 19, is facing attempted first-degree sexual assault charges for allegedly  threatening a woman using the bathroom with a knife so she'd have sex with him.

But it's his crying mug shot photo that's prompted several national publications to pick up the story.

According to the criminal complaint, the woman was able to scream and escape from the bathroom where she was trapped with Zingale. That's when people at the party came to her aid.

When officers arrived at the home, Zingale walked out of the garage toward them, with his hands on his head. He told officers he had been drinking that day and was having trouble focusing. He said that he only went into the bathroom "because he had to urinate very badly."

Zingale could serve a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison if convicted.
