Wegmans is facing a class-action lawsuit that claims it's misleading its customers by selling vanilla ice cream that doesn't actually contain vanilla.
Court documents say the company is lying to its customers by using vanilla flavoring instead of vanilla extract.
The lawsuit goes on to call the product deceptive.
Wegmans has denied these claims.
