3 wounded in a South Carolina elementary school shooting

Injuries were reported from a shooting on Wednesday at an elementary school in Townville, South Carolina, according to FOX Carolina. 

The Associated Press reported that two students and one teacher suffered injuries not considered to be life-threatening from Wednesday's shooting. 

FOX Carolina added that a fatality was also reported three miles from the school on Wednesday's. 

Reports of the shooting took place at the school came in at 2 p.m. local time. 

The AP reported that a teenage gunman was in custody, and there is no longer an ongoing threat to students. Students are currently being taken to a nearby church by bus. 

The school has students from pre-kindergarten to sixth grade. 

The school is 15 miles from Anderson, South Carolina.
