MANHEIM TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A 14-year-old Pennsylvania girl is in custody after reportedly calling 911 to report that she had stabbed her older sister to death.

Manheim Township Police responded just after 1 am Monday to a home in the 1500 Block of Clayton Road.

Arriving officers were met by Claire E. Miller who led them to a bedroom where her 19-year-old sister, Helen, was found with a fatal stab wound to the neck.

Detectives believe Claire stabbed Helen sometime overnight while their parents were asleep.

They're still working on finding a motive.

Claire was arrested at the scene on charges of criminal homicide.

She's being charged as an adult.

In Pennsylvania, homicide is not recognized as a delinquent act and requires suspects to be held without bail.
