Marmalade the harbor seal will be released back into the ocean Thursday.
He was rescued in Ocean City by the National Aquarium in April.
Marmalade had pnemonia, cuts on his body, and seal pox.
He has since recovered.
He'll be released at 10 a.m. at the 40th Street beach access in Ocean City.
The event will be open to the public.
