Man proposes after police pull him over

This has to be the craziest, most unexpected proposal ever. As Justin and his girlfriend Tayla are driving on the streets of Troy, Michigan , a cop car pulls them over. They stop in a parking lot and the Troy PD officers ask them both to exit the vehicle. After some conversation back and forth, Justin gets down on one knee.
