Former Vice-President Joe Biden recently made his choice for his running mate in the presidential election, and now he is sitting down for the first time to talk about the historic decision.

Biden chose Senator Kamala Harris to join him on the Democratic ticket, and since making the decision it has been dominating the news circuits.

World News Tonight anchor David Muir is teaming up with Good Morning America co-anchor Robin Roberts to do a sit-down interview with both Biden and his pick Kamala Harris for the first time.

The exclusive interviews will air in one-hour primetime special Sunday, August 23 from 8:00 – 9:00 p.m. on ABC. A first look of the interview will also air on ABC on World News Tonight Friday, August 21.
