The Facebook revenge-porn trial is going forward.
A judge rejected Facebook's request to dismiss the case brought on by a 14-year-old girl.
The girl is suing the company and a man over a nude photo that repeatedly showed up on on the site's feed in what she called an act of revenge.
Facebook said it took the picture down on more than one occasion, but the girl's lawyers accused Facebook of not have a system in place to identify and block the image.
Facebook said it does not allow nudity and sexual exploitation and said it removes images when reported.
