State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby tweeted a photo of her paper ballot inside of the voting booth Tuesday.
The now-deleted image shows Mosby's daughter looking over the ballot with the caption, "We Voted today #DoYourPartAndDoTheSame #We'reWithHer @HillaryClinton."
Maryland prohibits the useof electronic devices inside polling places and voting centers, unless you're a member of the media.
Journalists aren't, however, allowed to photograph a ballot showing how someone is voting. Voters are only allowed to take pictures outside of polling places with sample, not actual, ballots. Photos of mailed ballots are permitted.
