A violent take down by police on a train platform was all caught on camera.

The video caused one of the officers to quit his job.

A man slumped on a bench in Houston, Texas was approached by two officers. After words are exchanged, Officer Jairus Warren struck Darrell Giles with his baton, repeatedly. The entire beating lasted 19 seconds.

Giles described the incident.

"He hit me so hard, he knocked me to the ground. He was just standing over me going bom, bom, bom makings some noises," he said.

The other officer is seen intervening, but the police chief says he should have done so sooner.

Earlier this month, an internal review board found the officer used excessive force and recommended firing him.
