Johnny Olszewski is running for reelection in Maryland's second congressional district.
It includes Baltimore County and parts of Carroll County and Baltimore City.
WMAR caught up with the incumbent Tuesday morning outside Church Lane Elementary School in Randallstown, where he was greeting voters in the rain.
He's facing a challenge from Democrat Clint Spellman, junior, an Allstate insurance agent.
The two Republican candidates are businessman Dave Wallace and Nnabu Eze.
