BALTIMORE (WMAR) — State leaders have declared Friday National Earned Income Tax Credit Awareness Day.
Over 100,000 low-to-moderate income workers and families can claim the earned income tax credit and access free tax preparation services, but don't.
So to help, the Cash Campaign of Maryland is offering a free tax service.
Those making less than $56,000 in 2019 may be eligible to have their taxes prepared and e-filed for free!
There are 12 sites offering the service in Baltimore City.
