Woman shot and killed Wednesday night in Annapolis; police continue investigation

ANNAPOLIS, Md. — A woman was shot and killed late Wednesday night in Annapolis, according to police.

At a little before 10:30 p.m., officers were told that a female victim had been shot in front of an apartment building in the unit block of Bens Drive. Officers arrived and found the woman who had been shot.

She was pronounced dead at the scene.

There is no more information, at this time, but detectives are still investigating.
