OWINGS MILLS, Md. — Crews are working to fix a water main break in a Owings Mills neighborhood.
The water main break left a large hole in the street on Timber Grove Road around 1 p.m.
The Department of Public Works said an 8-inch water main broke, impacting water to two nearby hydrants and several homes.
