BALTIMORE — We're a day away from Halloween, which means it's that time of year for BGE's “Scary Fridge” contest.
All you have to do is click here and vote which old fridge you think looks scariest.
Whoever owns the one that gets the most votes wins a brand new Energy Star certified refrigerator.
The contest highlights the importance of swapping out your old fridge for a new energy efficient one.
BGE says any customer wanting to hand over their old fridge can receive $50, or $25 for an air conditioning unit.
The company says every part of the appliances turned in, get recycled.
The deadline to vote is Halloween, so make sure yours counts.
