BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. — Baltimore County Police have arrested two people in connection to a shooting in November that injured a 16-year-old.
Police say 51-year-old Murkey Spruill and 23-year-old Dandre Cannon shot the teen boy in a parking lot in the 2100 block of Eastern Boulevard on November 21.
They have been charged with attempted first degree murder and first degree assault.
