ESSEX — Baltimore County Police are investigating a double shooting that killed a man in Essex.
Police responded to the 900 block of Ashbridge Drive at about 1:25 p.m. on Monday and found two men shot outside of the Kings Mill Apartments and Townhomes.
25-year-old Kenneth Andre Chamberlain suffered at least one gunshot wound to the upper body after leaving an apartment building in the Kings Mill Apartments and Townhomes community with the second victim, a 26-year-old man who also suffered at least one gunshot wound to the upper body.
Both men were transported to area hospitals with critical injuries, where Chamberlain later died.
Detectives are asking anyone who may have seen anyone or anything in that area at the time of the shooting to contact detectives by calling 410-307-2020.
