Two day Baltimore Caribbean festival kicks off in July

BALTIMORE — The 38th Annual Caribbean Carnival Festival is scheduled to take place in July, where attendees can enjoy live entertainment, food and more.

The festival is scheduled to take place from July 13 through the 14 at Clifton Park. The event begins on Saturday with a Caribbean-style parade beginning at 1 p.m. at the 900 block of East 33rd Street.

Festivities begin at 10 a.m. in the park and will run until 10 p.m. on Saturday. On Sunday, the park will re-open at noon and close at 9 p.m.

The event will feature live entertainment, a costume parade, a variety of food as well as arts and crafts vendors.
