BALTIMORE — Toll booth closures will take place this weekend as I-695 Key Bridge begins the toll booth removal project.

Two toll lanes and toll booths at the I-695 Key Bridge toll plaza on both the Inner and Outer loops are closing as a step toward the October implementation of cashless tolls.

Motorists can use the remaining four toll lanes and booths that will be available in each directions.

The E-ZPass Express Lanes at the far left at the plaza will not be impacted. Cash toll lanes will remain available at the Key Bridge plaza, and EZPass is accepted in all open toll lanes.

Weather permitting, the closures will begin this weekend and will be completed by Monday, July 15.
