PARKVILLE, Md. — Baltimore County Police on Friday released body worn camera footage of an officer stopping an armed robbery at a CVS pharmacy.

It happened December 1, just after 11:30 pm in the 2900 block of E. Joppa Road.

The tense video begins with officer Lawrence driving to the scene.

He soon arrives and walks through the front door of the store to find a masked suspect behind the register.

Gun out, the officer screams multiple times for the suspect to show his hands and get on the ground.

During the exchange the suspect appears to lower his right hand and for a very brief time, reach in his pants.

He then decides to fully comply and gets on his stomach, at which point back-up officer Laisure places him in handcuffs.

The officers later recover a loaded handgun from the suspect's pants, the same place where he previously reached.

CVS staff tell the officers two other suspects escaped through the pharmacy window with stolen medication.

Shortly after, both were pulled over just beyond the Baltimore City line. Police say they tried to run away but were quickly taken into custody.

Police identified the suspect caught behind the counter as 21-year-old Taiquan Da'jon Fuqua

The two who fled are identified as 22-year-old David Roosevelt Fulgham III, of Baltimore, and Dylan Launclet Smith, 21, of York, Pennsylvania.

Police say Smith was also armed with a gun at the time of his arrest.

Each now faces multiple counts of armed robbery, first degree assault, and theft.

All three are awaiting a preliminary bail review.

No one was hurt during the incident.
