BALTIMORE — On Friday morning at around 11:53 a.m., Baltimore Police officers spotted a vehicle that had previously been reported stolen.
Police say the driver of the 2018 Hyundai attempted to elude police and bailed out of the vehicle at Appleton Street and Riggs Avenue.
The driver was quickly apprehended and taken into custody for questioning. The vehicle that was located is believed to be the vehicle that was taken with an 8 year-old boy inside it.

That child was located safely in the 200 block of Chase Street shortly after the carjacking.
