BALTIMORE — Students and local leaders gathered Wednesday afternoon outside Baltimore City School Board headquarters.
They're calling on Governor Larry Hogan and Baltimore City Schools to reconsider their reopening plans.
They say they will continue raising their concerns to city leaders.
