LEONARDTOWN, Md. (WMAR) — An escaped prisoner is on the loose.
The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office is looking for 38-year-old Jason Michael Weber of Mechanicsville, who had been an inmate at the County Detention and Rehabilitation Center.
Officials say Weber escaped after he was temporarily released from custody, to get medical treatment at MedStar St. Mary's Hospital.
Weber is 5 feet 10 and 210 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
