BALTIMORE — Wednesday marks International Transgender Day of Visibility.
Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott joined Baltimore Safe Haven for a rally to stand in solidarity and raise awareness about issues facing Baltimore's transgender community.
The rally took place outside of City Hall.
