ANNAPOLIS — Prince George's County Police said 34-year-old Joseph Kitchen, the president of the Young Democrats of Maryland was found dead in Washington D.C.
Police say he was last seen on Aug. 8 at Sandy Point State Park in Annapolis.
The Young Democrats of Maryland posted about Kitchen on Friday.

The Metropolitan Police are leading the investigation into his death.
