Police: Missing Glen Burnie 19-year-old wanted for assault, considered to be 'armed and dangerous'

ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY — Police are looking for a missing Glen Burnie man, who is also wanted for an assault.

On Monday, the Anne Arundel County Police Department took a missing person’s report in regards to 19-year-old Bryant Gregory Whitfield Jr.

Police say Whitfield’s last known contact was on the morning of Dec. 14 with a relative.

Whitfield Jr. is currently wanted for an assault with a firearm that also occurred on Dec. 14.

Information was obtained that Whitfield may have been involved in an altercation during the day on Monday in the Morris Hill area of Glen Burnie.

Extensive searches of the area have been conducted, but Whitfield has yet to be found.

If anyone knows of his whereabouts they are urged to call 911 and to not approach the missing/wanted suspect as he is considered armed and dangerous.
