BALTIMORE COUNTY — Baltimore County Police are looking for a missing 38-year-old woman.
Police say Stephanie Ann Matthews is suffering an emotional distress.
She is 4’11”, weighs 190 pounds, with brown straight hair and blue eyes.
According to police, she is missing from the unit block of Riverside Road and was last seen in Dundalk around Aug. 15.
If seen, police say call 911.
