COLUMBIA — Police are investigating a deadly shooting, Sunday afternoon in Columbia.
Howard County officers were called to the 9600 block of Basket Ring Road, just after 2:30 pm.
On scene, they found 23-year-old Juan Michael Ross, of Jessup, shot to death outside a home.
Although no suspect information is available at this time, detectives are investigating whether the incident is drug related and if the suspect and victim may have known each other.
A $10,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction in the case.
