TOWSON, Md. — UPDATE 12/31: Stephen Rhine has been safely located

Baltimore County Police are looking for missing 31-year-old Stephen Rhine.
Rhine was last seen on December 27 at 5 p.m. on McCann Ave wearing a white sweatshirt that says "Champion", a black jacket and gray pants. He is 6’3, 180 lbs.
If seen, call 911 or 410-887-2361. He may be suffering emotional distress.
