ELKTON, Md. — Maryland State Police are looking for a suspect in connection to the murder of a Delaware man Sunday evening in Elkton.
Na Quan McRae, 27, was found fatally shot in the parking lot of a condominium complex in the unit block of Willow Court.
Investigators don't believe the incident to be random.
