BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police have announced an arrest in connection to a November 13 murder.
Stephawn Tate, 19, is accused of shooting and killing a 27-year-old man in the 1600 block of West North Avenue.
Detectives believe Tate tried robbing the victim, before shooting him.
It took investigators just hours to tie Tate to the incident, as he was arrested the same day.
