WASHINGTON — The National Mall, National Park Service (NPS) says they are now forecasting peak bloom to start in about a week.
They said they are expecting peak bloom season to start even earlier because of significantly warmer than forecast temperatures over the last week and warmer than average temps expected to continue.
According to the National Mall NPS, they are forecasting peak bloom to start in the range of March 21-24.
