BALTIMORE — A trash truck overturned on I-83 in Baltimore County Wednesday morning.
It happened on the northbound side between Northern Parkway and Ruxton Road.
The fire department said two people suffered minor injuries.
Multiple lanes were closed for hours as Hazmat crews were called in for cleanup.
It's unclear what caused the crash.
