BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. — Baltimore County Police are investigating a shooting that killed one person in the 7700 block of Harford Road.
Police say 56-year-old Mark Russell was shot just before 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
Investigators are looking into the details of the shooting.
