BALTIMORE COUNTY — Baltimore County is currently in phase 1A of the state's vaccination plan.

On Thursday, Baltimore County Executive Johnny Olszewski visited a vaccination site at the Maryland State Fairgrounds in Timonium and talked about how things are going.

"We have administered more doses than any other jurisdiction in the state of Maryland as of yesterday. Of the over 10,000 we received earlier this week, almost 90 percent of those are already administered."

He says he is not in the category to get vaccinated right now.

However, Baltimore County Health Officer Dr. Gregory Branch received his first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
