TEMPLE HILLS, Md. — Prince George's County Police are investigating an officer involved shooting that started when a suspect ran another officer over with a car in Temple Hills.

Just before 11am Wednesday, police received reports of a stolen credit card being used at a business in the 4900 block of Beech Road.

As officers approached the warehouse like business, a Dodge Charger came speeding out of a garage causing one of the officers to go through its windshield.

The car kept going, prompting another officer to fire.

After a car pursuit, three suspects bailed out of the car.

Police caught two of them, tasing one. The third remains on the loose.

Neither of the two suspects in custody appear to have been shot, but were taken to a hospital.

Turns out the car they took off in was stolen.

The officer who was hit suffered minor injuries and was released from the hospital.

Police have not released the names of the suspects or officers involved.
