BALTIMORE — The October death of a 1-year-old Baltimore girl has been ruled a homicide.
Zariea Dixon was found not breathing inside a home in the 600 block of Mosher Street, on October 8.
Someone flagged down a police officer for help.
The officer applied CPR until paramedics could arrive and take the child to Shock Trauma.
She died two days later.
An autopsy revealed Zariea had been abused and suffered injuries to her neck and head.
On Wednesday, the Medical Examiner ruled her death a homicide.
