BALTIMORE — Mayor Scott signed a council bill on Thursday establishing a police accountability board into law.
"Together with the trail board these bodies constitute of rouge police officers," said Scott.
The bill passed with several amendments, including one that will allow for former officers to serve on the board.
Each jurisdiction in Maryland is required to have a police accountability board by tomorrow.
