BALTIMORE — One person is injured following a manhole explosion in Southwest Baltimore.
It happened Thursday morning on Frederick Avenue near the intersection of North Bend Street.
According to BGE, the victim was a private contractor working in the area.
Their condition is unknown. The cause of the explosion remains under investigation.
The incident resulted in road closures on Frederick Avenue between Chedworth Lane and Stonecroft Road.
