A man is in critical condition after being shot Wednesday night in Columbia.
It happened just before midnight along a footpath near the 5200 block of Eliots Oak Road.
The victim, identified as 21-year-old Zavian Hagins, died on January 31.
Police are offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest.
