LANSDOWNE, Md. — Baltimore County Police have arrested a suspect in connection with the murder of Ira Douglas Dixon in August.
On August 3, officers were called to a shooting on Oak Road in Lansdowne at around 10:40 p.m. When they arrived they discovered Dixon dead in the roadway.

Detectives were able to determine that the suspect, 23-year-old Devin Montrese Johnson, of the 4300 block of McDowell Lane, shot and killed Dixon in what they believe was a drug related robbery.
Johnson is charged with first degree murder and is being held on no bail status pending a bail review hearing.
