TOWSON, Md. — A Silver Spring man was arrested in New Jersey Friday, one day after allegedly shooting another man in Towson.
Police haven't said what linked 22-year-old Luel F. Mekonnen to Thursday's incident in the 1300 block of Colbury Road.
But the U.S. Marshals took him into custody and are awaiting the extradition process.
No motive in the case was revealed. At last check, the victim was being treated at an area hospital.
