MIDDLE RIVER, Md. — A man has been charged with attempted first-degree murder after police say he shot his roommate.

Police say 36-year-old Samuel Charles Davis shot the 30-year-old victim in the lower body just before 9 p.m. on Tuesday in the 1500 block of Aldeney Avenue.

Davis remained at the location and was arrested when officers arrived.
