BALTIMORE — A man has been arrested in connection to the death of 40-year-old Dionte Green.
According to police, Green died on December 2, 2020 after being assaulted on November 25 in the 200 block of W. Lexington Street.
Medical examiner doctors ruled Green’s death was due to complications of blunt force trauma that was caused by the assault.
On February 20, 2021, 22 year-old Alante Batson was arrested and transported to Central Booking.
He has been charged with 1st Degree Murder. He is being held without bail.
