BALTIMORE — A man has been arrested after police say he shot a man in the 800 block of Carroll Street on March 26.
According to police, 36-year-old Deandre Whitehead shot a 34 year-old man in the leg after an argument escalated to gunfire.

Whitehead was taken to Central Booking where he has been charged with Attempted 1st Degree Murder.
