BALTIMORE — The Casey Cares Foundation is mailing out movie and pizza nights to families with critically ill children so that they don’t have to leave the house during the COVID-19 outbreak.
The packages contain pajamas, a pizza gift card, a movie gift card, popcorn and candy.
The foundation has always sent out movie and pizza nights to families with children who are too sick to leave the house but now, with restrictions regarding COVID-19, they are sending out hundreds of these boxes to families in place of their normal programs.
