Howard County approves phased-in hybrid model for students to return to school in person

HOWARD COUNTY, Md. — The Howard County Board of Education approved a phased-in hybrid model for students to return to school in person on Tuesday.

The model will bring students back to in-person instruction over four phases beginning March 1. The Board of Education says all students will have the option to continue to receive complete virtual instruction.
