BALTIMORE — UPDATE: Jack has been found!

"Other than cuts to the face, nose, and paw, and maybe a fractured hip or leg, he seems ok! So so so happy!"

On Sunday Kate Waldeisen was hit by a car, while walking her dog Jack in the area of Greenspring Avenue and Cold Spring Lane.

Aside from some bumps and bruises, Kate is fine but Jack ran off.

She's really worried that Jack may be injured. He's only 8-months-old.

Jack is a lab mix with black fur and white spotting on his chest and left front paw.

He was last wearing a tagged brown, black and white collar, and choker with a blue leash attached.

Anyone who may have saw Jack or knows where he is can call 814-404-7270 or 801-735-5482.

The family posted on Facebook that the dog is likely scared and are asking that you not call him or approach him. They want you to call with sightings so they can narrow down his location.

We've reached out to police, but have not yet heard back.
