ANNAPOLIS, Md. — Fire investigators need help identifying a potential suspect tied to an arson at Quiet Waters Retreat in Annapolis.

Flames broke out just before 1:30 pm Friday, at a vacant home on the property owned by Anne Arundel County Parks and Recreation.

Crews were notified of two juveniles possibly trapped inside the burning home.

Being that the home doesn't have a driveway and is located in an area without public water, firefighters were forced to physically carry all their equipment approximately 1,500 feet to the scene.

Conditions were so bad, that a second alarm had to be called.

It took 76 firefighters from multiple agencies about 90 minutes to get things under control.

The juveniles ended up not being inside the home, and were found safe at another location.

Investigators quickly concluded the fire was started on purpose.

Now they need help identifying a potential suspect seen in this video below. If you know or saw anything, call 410-222-8477.
